JOHN DE RELYA VON KESMARK
John de Relya von Kesmark is a retired Company Director who has worked in the UK, USA and West Africa in shipping, tourism, advertising, the wine trade, and management and marketing consultancy.

He lives with his wife Diane by the River Thames near Richmond, Surrey, UK, and is a member of The Society of Authors.

LUCY BLAKE
Lucy is an artist who is passionate about all areas of art and craft, be it drawing, painting, textiles, printing, glass, sculpture, photography, ceramics, digital ... the list goes on and she says she is a certified art and craft-aholic.

She teaches art classes in many disciplines to a wide range of ages. She is currently training to be a secondary school art teacher.

On working on the Kytos drawings, Lucy says, "It’s been a real treat, not only in the imagery of the story that is

wonderfully rich, but the characters and races portrayed gave so much scope for creativity. I have been interested in mythical animals and hybrid humanoids for a long time, so getting asked to work on bringing a visual element to John’s outstanding story was an exciting challenge."

STEVE BURNARD
Steve Burnard lives in Warwickshire with his wife Sarah and three children. The majority of Steve’s career has been spent in IT service delivery. He currently works as a Problem Manager for a large IT service provider. He has always had an interest in science fiction, fantasy/horror literature and films. In recent years he has developed a passion for Asian cinema and Japanese comic books. His hobbies include Korean Karate (Tang Soo Do) which he practices with his Son and oldest daughter on a weekly basis.

Steve is responsible for the illustrations on the website of the first book – www.kytosproject.co.uk
