can lie in the mind. It can also belong in the dark beyond of reality.

"What if they are shadow souls and we are unsuccessful in killing them?"
     "Then they’ll only return again. Perhaps even at some other place. Somewhere they have not visited before. In their quest for revenge, your killers have sold their souls to a black, malignant force that nurtures wicked desires and transforms them into deadly, malevolent deeds. They depart from their hellhole of frustrated depravity, travel along a grey time shift corridor and materialise in our present entity."
     "Thank you for the warning, Professor Sloane."
     "You must kill them," Sloane said.
     "If they are replicators," Humphreys replied.
     "If they are replicators," Sloane confirmed.
     "And if they are not? It’s a bad scene, as you said." Ablet shrugged resignedly.
     "Then still pray and hope that they have had their fill and that they depart. When they materialise, they will take on a solid, human form. At that stage, they will stand before you, flesh and blood. And it is then that you must kill them. But you must do it quickly, before they have the chance to attack. Do not hesitate. Do not call out to them. Use human-type weapons such as lasers or blasters and kill them. That is the only way you can be sure to rid yourself of these killers from the dark side of their evil world."
